STATUS FLATPLAN

The Status View Flatplan is populated with colour coded icons which indicate, through simple graphics, the exact process and at what stage in the production cycle any given page is at. Clicking on a status icon will present you with a clear overview of every detail of the page's production history, including a RIP history and a thumbnail view for easy identification. You have the option to change a page's status at any time via a drop down menu option.

STATUS ICONS
The colour coded status icons are broken down into 5 specific production groups. As a page moves through the production cycle a new status can be assigned at any time. From the status flatplan view you are able to easily identify the position and status of individual pages or the title as a whole.
• Page booked
• Fail / warning
• With publisher
• With production
• OK / approved

 

THUMBNAIL FLATPLAN

Thumbnail images of every page that has been uploaded into emagine are displayed in their page order. By clicking on the thumbnail image you are taken to a full screen page view which gives a preliminary look at the pages as ripped. Should you wish you are able to access and view the hi-res pdf from this view.
